Barefoot therapy

Running barefoot seems to be all the rage these days.  My Chiropractor gave it a thumbs up.  He said there is something about barefoot running that makes you use a different posture that ends up being more natural and gentle on the body… if done properly, with good technique.  I also have a rather famous Olympic runner friend who warns against barefoot running as just a passing fade and possibly harmful.  You can be the judge.
