   You explained this well. I knew something was going on there, but never fully understood.

   “BUT, somehow many of the wind instruments have set standards of their own, where our “C” note is not called “C” to them! Huh? Yep. It’s true. Trumpet, Tenor and Soprano Sax, and Clarinet are all what are called “Bb” instruments… meaning when they play what they’ve learned is “C” to them, it comes out as our “Bb.”
